Welcome to Celerlinks ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Magnital Technologies. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We recommend reading them in full before proceeding.
Description of Service
Celerlinks is a digital financial platform providing the following services to individuals and businesses in Nigeria:
- Airtime and data top-ups across all major networks
- Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
- Electricity bill payments (prepaid and postpaid)
- Digital voucher creation and distribution
- Event ticketing and management
- Bulk SMS messaging for businesses
- Automated recurring bill payments
- Cashback rewards and referral programs
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- You must be a resident of Nigeria or hold a valid Nigerian bank account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach at support@celerlinks.com
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and kept up to date
- Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
Payments & Refunds
All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Once a transaction is confirmed, it is immediate and irreversible.
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors that prevent successful service delivery
- Duplicate transactions charged in error
- Verified billing discrepancies confirmed by our support team
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software on the Celerlinks platform are the exclusive property of Magnital Technologies and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the Service for money laundering or financial fraud
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service
- Impersonating another user or providing false identity information
Limitation of Liability
Celerlinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
